While there is much mystique and, yes, snobbery surrounding the world of wine, the bottom line is: it’s meant to be enjoyed. And if you like it, then that’s that. But there is always more to learn, no matter how long you’ve been drinking wine, and a little added knowledge can always broaden one’s experience and heighten one’s enjoyment.

All of our classes are taught by local wine experts and are held upstairs in our tasting loft here at the shop. Classes begin at 7:30, run about one and a half to two hours and the cost is $35 ($30 for club members) per class. Class size is limited. To register, stop by the shop or call us at 206-937-2868.

We occasionally coordinate with local restaurants to present wine dinners. These events showcase some of the outstanding restaurants in West Seattle, and feature wines specially selected to highlight the menus, from some of our favorite wineries.
